Statutory Bodies of the Union
(Articles 4, 5, 6 & 7 of the Statutes)
General Assembly
The General Assembly is composed of all members of the Union:

Associate members
It convenes in ordinary session every two (2) years and discusses all matters related to the Statutes and the Union’s strategic orientations.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is composed of ten (10) members, with each country represented by two (2) directors. It serves as the Union’s decision-making body and is responsible for implementing the orientations set by the General Assembly.
The Board meets in ordinary session once (1) every quarter.

General Secretariat
The General Secretariat is responsible for implementing the decisions of the General Assembly and the Board of Directors, based on approved action plans and budgets.

Technical Commissions
These commissions are composed of representatives from the National Associations.
They meet at least twice (2) a year to discuss matters concerning the Union’s activities and to coordinate actions.
The opinions and recommendations of the Coordination Committee are submitted to the Board of Directors for approval and implementation.
