- Banks and financial institutions residing in the Maghreb countries,
- Maghreb Development Banks and Funds,
- Companies and organizations of investment, financing, and savings,
- Professional associations of Maghreb banks.
Associate Members
- Central Banks of the Maghreb,
- Other companies and organizations admitted by the General Assembly.
Membership in the Union is open, withdrawals are subject to the approval of the Board of Directors, and the exclusion of a Member of the Union is decided by the Board of Directors by absolute majority, with the General Assembly being informed.
Commitments of Members
Members of the Union commit to:
- Respect the provisions of the Statutes and internal regulations of the Union,
- Pay the financial contribution,
- Participate in the activities and work of the Union.
Membership Procedures
Membership applications are submitted to the General Secretariat of the Union via membership form, letter, fax, website, e-mail, or through the Professional Association of the country of residence.
